  • 23:3523:35, 22 June 2025 diff hist +8 Israeli couscous Ptitim was invented in Israel during the austerity period by Osem, an Israeli company. Please don't confuse it with Levantine couscous. This is a type of pasta, only colloquially referred to as couscous. It's possible but highly dubious that some refer to Ptitim as Lebanese couscous, but at Wikipedia, only factual statements backed by evidence are accepted. There is no question about the Israeli origin of Ptitim. Please provide a source that dictates otherwise, if you can. Thank you. Tags: Manual revert Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
