In 2020, Buckby writes about extremism & opposes the far right. • 14:4714:47, 4 August 2020 diff hist −10 Jack Buckby I provided reputatable mainstream sources, including Channel Four News in which Buckby discusses his deradicalisation with a representative of the UK Government's Prevent programme. Previous editor cited personal opinions and nothing more. All other sources are pre-deradicalisation & therefore inaccurate. • 14:3414:34, 4 August 2020 diff hist −190 Jack Buckby Undid revision 971126014 by 2.26.180.118 (talk) Previous editor provided personal opinions that many would disagree with. The evidence, including mainstream reports and a book, show that it is most accurate to describe him as having been formerly involved with far-right campaigns. Buckby actively writes in opposition to the far-right and was on national TV talking about it. Like him or not, sorry, it's true. Tags: Undo references removed

  • 14:5014:50, 3 August 2020 diff hist −190 Jack Buckby Previous editor somewhat flippantly said find a source that says he changed his ways, "Not his mum." The Channel Four source - a maisntream reliable TV news source - actually has both Buckby and a representative of UK Gov's Prevent programme discussing his deradicalisation. Buckby also wrote a book on the far right. The mother in the story is not his. Inaccurate to describe him as CURRENTLY far right.https://www.channel4.com/news/mother-talks-about-her-sons-rapid-descent-into-far-right-extremism Tags: references removed Visual edit
