Signal.MD Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社シグナル・エムディ, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Shigunaru Emudi) is a Japanese animation studio founded in October 2014 by Production I.G holding company IG Port.
Establishment
[edit]In 2014, IG Port announced it was forming a new animation studio named SIGNAL.MD. Production I.G board member Katsuji Morishita was appointed as president of the company.[1]
History
[edit]IG Port announced on January 24, 2025 that its consolidated company Production I.G will absorb Signal.MD in June 2025. The studio will be dissolved.[2]
