Postmidnight
Postmidnight[1][2][3] or overnight[4] is period between midnight until dawn (or 6:00 AM).
It is the period when people are already sleeping, and it is also considered the period when bats and owls come into action. It is also the silent period, where the streets are generally empty.

Witching hour is the period associated with witches, ghosts, demons, evil beings and macabre and supernatural moments.
Definitions are different, and include the time:
Brahmamuhurta
