LEOS Developments is an international private real estate master development company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.[1] The company entered the Dubai market in 2022, marking a step in its international expansion. It operates primarily in the residential real estate sector, with active developments in both the UK and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[2]

History

[edit]

LEOS Developments began operations in Dubai in 2022 with the launch of Hadley Heights, a residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).[3] The development was recognized at the Arabian International Property Awards with the title of Best High-Rise Residential Development. It was also awarded Affordable Luxury Development of the Year at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2024.[4] In July 2024, Leos International entered into a two-year sleeve sponsorship partnership with English Premier League club AFC Bournemouth. Under this agreement, the Leos logo appears on the sleeve of the men's first-team kits (home, away, and third) for the 2024–25 and 2025–26 seasons.[5]

In January 2024, the company launched its third Dubai project, Cavendish Square, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). The development consists of 138 studio and one-bedroom units. Within days of launch, over 95% of the units had been sold. Construction officially began in August 2024.[6]

In 2025, LEOS launched Weybridge Gardens 4, located in the Dubailand area. According to regional real estate publications, this project is part of the company's AED 5 billion pipeline and focuses on lifestyle-centric, smart apartment living.[7]
