HELP (Harassment Elimination Literacy Programme) is a Bangladeshi mobile application. In a bid to enhance women's safety on public transport, the Broadcast Journalist Centre (BJC) and Switch Bangladesh Foundation have jointly launched an app-based service.^[1]^[2]^[3]
