| Description |
English: Example of a general biological experiment where time resolution may be of interest. "Experiment" is the experimental outline; starting cells are affected by some experimental treatment and are harvested afterwards for RNA-seq in order to investigate the phenotype after treatment. The results of the experiment are that the starting cells change to exhibit the red phenotype. The reality is that the cells exhibited the green phenotype after treatment, although this phenotype was not observed because of limited time resolution. |
