English: Three-phase distribution transformer on Highway 20 and King St., near the village of Stoney Creek, near Hamilton, Ontario. The four wires from the transformer supply three-phase 208V/120Y power to a row of shops. North American utility grids typically use cylindrical single-phase transformers, but these 3-phase types are coming in.
