Promotional shot from ABC's lost, used to promote a specific character from ABCMedianet.com and later gallery.lost-media.com. No free alternative is available, and it used to describe a character and not the actor.
Fair use for Sayid Jarrah

This image, Sayidlost.PNG, is being linked on the English Wikipedia, and although it is subject to American copyright laws, I believe that it is covered by fair use laws because:
- It is of web resolution, i.e. it is of a lower quality than the original copy
- It clearly identifies the subject in question
- It is accompanied by commentary on the character and their significance
- It feature a starring character
- The image is not replaceable with free content because it shows a character in a copyrighted work
- ABC does not lose any rights to sell and advertise the show
