Calling all Wikimedia editors, Wikipedia-curious and friends of open knowledge! Join the Bay Area Wikipedians for an evening exploring the intersections of Wiki and AI, over pizza, cake and drinks.

We meet Thursday June 11 at 6.30 PM in the Mission District, San Francisco. Address provided on registration.

Are you working on a project at the intersection of Wikimedia projects (or open knowledge projects) and AI? Please submit a lightning talk!

  • Format: 5 to 10 minutes
  • Submission: email emeline@wikibayarea.org
  • Deadline: we will accept talks on a rolling basis and reply within 2 working days
  • The audience: Wikimedia contributors, researchers, software/ML engineers

This event is a time for meeting and socializing with other Wikipedians and amateurs of open knowledge.
