Notability and accuracy

I think this is a potentially useful article within the field of LIS in the United Kingdom, I have fixed some inaccuracies which incorrectly called SELMS a LMS, it is a consortium. The LMS is currently Civica Spydus, which was awarded as a contract by SELMS. I think with a bit more fact checking and adding of citations this article could be good.
