VTP Realty is a real estate development company headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Established in 2009 it is involved in construction materials and infrastructure. VTP Realty also engages in residential and commercial real estate projects.[citation needed]
History
[edit]VTP Realty began with residential and commercial projects.[1] The company implemented a backward integration model,[2] sourcing a significant portion of its construction materials from its group companies to streamline costs.
In 2015, Sachin Bhandari joined as CEO and initiated a transition from a promoter-led structure to a more process-oriented corporate framework. This shift contributed to operational changes and a notable increase in revenue, with reported growth from ₹90 crore in 2015 to over ₹4,000 crore in subsequent years.[3]
VTP Realty then expanded its portfolio to include large-scale township developments such as Township Codename Pegasus in East Pune and Township Codename Blue Waters in West Pune. These projects encompass both residential and commercial spaces to address varied market requirements.[4]
Operations
