Utility Systems Science and Software, Inc. (commonly known as US3) is an American engineering and technology services company that provides monitoring and data systems for water and wastewater infrastructure. The company is headquartered in Santa Ana, California, and was founded in 2002.

Utility Systems Science and Software was founded in 2002 as an engineering services firm focused on applying instrumentation and data technologies to water and wastewater system monitoring.

In 2020, US3 participated in a collaborative deployment of an advanced wastewater monitoring solution with Itron and the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department. The project was reported in multiple independent industry publications covering smart infrastructure and wireless technology.[1][2]
