Trivandrum Neopolis is a proposed township that forms part of the Technopark Phase IV expansion in Trivandrum.[1] It is intended to support a self-sustained urban ecosystem with facilities for information technology, electronics, aerospace, and research and development in emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, IoT, blockchain, and data analytics. The project is a mixed-use urban area that includes office parks, hotels, residential spaces, and recreational zones. Neopolis is located within the Outer Area Growth Corridor, an area identified for broader regional development.[2]

The implementation of the project is being managed by a Special Purpose Company (SPC), involving Technopark, local self-governing bodies such as the Andoorkonam and Mangalapuram panchayats, the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, and the Kerala Capital Region Development Programme (KCRDP). The project aims to provide infrastructure for both domestic and international enterprises, with a focus on supporting urban and employment growth in the region.[3] As of now, formal construction timelines have not been announced.[4]
