If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.

Transcol System is the trunk-feeder public transport network serving Greater Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil. It started operating in 1989 and integrates urban buses across seven municipalities, carrying over 17 million passengers monthly. The system is operated by private companies divided into two consortia, under management of CETURB-ES.

History

CETURB-GV was founded in 1984. The Transcol system began with Carapina Terminal and standard buses. Since then, it has undergone significant upgrades, including fare integration, new fleets, and technological improvements like GPS, accessibility features, and electronic ticketing.

Operators

The system is divided between two consortia: Atlântico Sul and Sudoeste. Each consortium includes multiple private operators responsible for different regions of the metropolitan area.

Terminals

Transcol has 10 integration terminals across several cities, excluding Vitória. Notable terminals include Carapina, Jardim América, Itaparica, and São Torquato.

Fares

Standard fare is R$ 4.90 (weekdays) and R$ 4.30 (Sundays). Elderly, disabled individuals, and public school students ride for free under restrictions; others get a 50% discount.
