Transactworld Digital Services Limited is a Nigerian financial technology company headquartered in Lagos. The company provides digital payment solutions and business management tools for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Its flagship product is Transactpay,[1] a platform that facilitates payment processing and offers features such as invoicing, customer relationship management, and online storefront creation.

History

[edit]

Transactworld Digital was established to address the digital payment needs of SMEs in Nigeria. In 2024, the company obtained a Payment Solution Service Provider (PSSP) license from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), authorizing it to operate within the country's regulated financial ecosystem. Following this, Transactworld launched Transactpay,[2] aiming to provide a comprehensive suite of tools to assist businesses in managing their operations more effectively.
