Threecolts is an American software company, incorporated in Delaware, that provides software as a service (SaaS) solutions for e-commerce businesses to manage their operations across online marketplaces.[1][2]

The company offers solutions for product sourcing, inventory management, pricing automation, profit analytics, revenue recovery, and multi-channel listing and order management for sellers on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.[1][2][3]

History

[edit]

Threecolts was founded in 2021 by Yoda Yee, a former Amazon executive,[4][5][6] with the goal of unifying disparate marketplace selling software and reducing operational friction for e-commerce sellers and brands.[7][8]

The company expanded rapidly through product development and acquisitions, raising $90 million in venture funding in 2023,[9][10] led by Crossbeam Venture Partners[11] and General Global Capital, with participation from Stratos and CoVenture.[12]

By 2025, Threecolts reported serving more than 20,000 customers globally,[7][8] growing to approximately 500 employees,[1][2] and launching a suite of SaaS products, including Seller 365,[13][14] Margin Pro,[15] and Multichannel Pro.[16]

Acquisitions

[edit]

Since its founding, Threecolts has expanded its capabilities through a series of strategic acquisitions, including:

Products and services

[edit]

Threecolts provides a suite of software solutions that address key aspects of online selling.

Seller 365 is a subscription bundle for Amazon Marketplace and Walmart sellers, offering tools for product sourcing, inventory management, automated repricing, feedback management, and profit analytics.[13][14]

Margin Pro is a profit maximization solution that helps businesses recover incorrect fees from Amazon and Walmart, and reduce shipping costs through carrier negotiations with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.[15]

Multichannel Pro enables brands and retailers to manage listings, orders, and customer support across global marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay.[16]

Customers and partnerships

[edit]

Threecolts’ customer base ranges from small independent sellers to large consumer brands. Public reports list customers such as Samsung, Panasonic, and L’Oréal.[4][5][10] The company is a recognized Amazon partner,[41][42] and its tools integrate with marketplace application programming interfaces (APIs) such as Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace, as well as platforms like Shopify.

Recognition

[edit]

In 2024, Threecolts was named among the “UK’s Most Loved Companies to Work For” in the Hyer Breakthrough Company Culture Awards.[43] The same year, it was selected for the Lazard T100 European Venture Growth Index, which recognizes high-performing growth-stage technology companies in Europe.[44][45] Threecolts was named to the Lazard T100 list again for the second consecutive year in 2025.[46][47]
