Tauriscus (flourished: 2nd century BC) was a Roman grammarian who lived in the 2nd century BC.

Biography

He was born and lived in second century BC Rome.[1][2][3]

Career

He was a pupil of Crates of Mallus.[2]

He was the first writer in the Latin language to use tropes.[2]
