In 2023, SISCO changed its name to Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding).[6] Same year, the company completed the purchase of 31.7% stake in the logistics investment fund Green Dome, from its subsidiary LogiPoint, to deepen its penetration of the logistics services space.[7] Also in 2023, SISCO Holding crossed SAR 1 billion revenue mark for the first time in its history.[8]
