Susil S Dungarwal (Born on 11 th April 1967) is a retail and Shopping Mall Professional and Businessman, popularly recognized as a “Mall Mechanic”. Born in a business house of Mr. Sampathraj Dungarwal (Father), he has worked both as an employee in various companies, and also as a promoter of various companies. He is the promoter of various companies such as Beyond Squarefeet Advisory Pvt. Ltd., Beyond Squarefeet Mall Managmenet Pvt. Ltd., Beyond Talent Management Pvt. Ltd., Whiteox Sourcing LLP, etc.
Early life
[edit]At the age of 14, he joined his father’s business of Financing, Jewellery & Textiles while studying. He also founded a social club called “Jain Club”, which was a charitable organisation to uplift the poor and under privileged.
Career
[edit]He has been a speaker and panelists in various international forums and has spoken on the current and future trends of Retail & Malls. He represented India, in “Fine Food - Australia” & “Supermarket - Australia” organised by Austrade (Australian Trade commission)
Book
[edit]In 2022, Dungarwal published a book titled The Mechanics of Malls: A Comprehensive Guide to Develop & Manage Shopping Malls [1], which is regarded as a practical guidebook for mall professionals, students, and developers.
