Start Survey is a Roblox horror video game created by Antvvio, it is about you answering weird unsettling questions on a survey, making you more and more uneasy. At the end it is revealed that the survey was just a simulation and now you could be ''set free''. It was based on a game {with the same name} published in GitHub.
