Starship flight test 10 will be the tenth flight test of a SpaceX Starship launch vehicle. Ship 36 and either Booster 15 or Booster 16 will fly on this test flight.[3][4] As of April 2025, the flight profile is unknown. If flight 9 is successful, flight 10 may attempt to catch the ship, or conduct another splashdown.[5]
Background
[edit]Vehicle testing ahead of launch
[edit]Ship 36 was assembled in Mega Bay 2 throughout February and March 2025.[6]
Booster 15 was rolled back to Mega Bay 1 on March 8 for refurbishment,[7] after having flown on flight 8.[8]
Booster 16 conducted a cryogenic test on February 28,[9] before being rolled back to the production site on March 20 for engine installation.[10]
