Sreejith Mohandas is a screenplay writer, as well as an associate director in the Malayalam film industry.
Early life
[edit]Before embarking on his career in the film industry, he worked as an accountant in both Delhi and Qatar. Leveraging his expertise in finance, he later established his own financial advisory and portfolio management firm, 'Financial Freedom".
Film Career
[edit]He began his filmmaking journey at Cochin Media School in Kochi, where he honed his craft. During his studies, he directed a short film for the Malayala Manorama Yuva Campus Short Film Fest, earning third prize for Best Film in the competition.[1]
Following his academic pursuits, he began assisting renowned director Revathy S Varmha, gaining valuable industry experience. His debut feature film as a screenplay writer is E Valayam, [2][2][3]directed by Revathy S Varmha.
Personal life
[edit]He was born in Konni, located in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. Later, he relocated to Aranmula. He completed his schooling in Konni and Koodal before pursuing his college studies in Pandalam.
