Script U ( ) is a letter of the Cyrillic script. It resembles the Cyrillic letter У with an addition of two hooks. Its lowercase strongly resembles the lowercase form of the Latin letter y, again with two hooks at the top. It was used in Mstislav Aleksandrovich Kulayev's Bashkir alphabet in 1912.[1].
