[edit]STOUD AS was founded as a limited liability company in Norway on 11 July 2025, with its business address at Bryggen 3, 5003 Bergen, a famous UNESCO heritage site [2] The company has organisation number 935 801 966. An article in AdvokatWatch describes the launch of "the new consultancy and law firm Stoud" in Bergen and states that the firm focuses heavily on intellectual property, technology and international advisory services.[3] The article notes that the company was founded by a trio of entrepreneurs consisting of Ivar Hillestad, Espen Riseng and Lars Henrik Stoud Platou.[3]
