Rustomjee is a Mumbai based real estate company, founded by Boman Irani in 1995. The company was listed as Keystone Realtors on BSE and NSE.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
History
[edit]Rustomjee started in the year 1995 when the project residency was launched.[8] This project was later renamed to Rustomjee Residency after the father's name of Boman Irani.[9] Following this, Rustomjee was formed and Boman Irani became the Chairman and Managing Director of Keystone Realtors Limited, which is also known as the Rustomjee Group.[10] Later, Chandresh Dinesh Mehta and Percy Chowdhry joined the Group as directors.[11][12][13][14] [15]
In 2022, Rustomjee's notable project was Uptown Urbania, focusing on hospitals, restaurants, banks, ATMs, petrol pumps, and office complexes.[16][17][18][19]
Projects
[edit]Rustomjee Group is working on the construction of homes and the redevelopment of old buildings in Mumbai through the notable projects like Crown, Ashiana, and Seasons.[20][21][22][23][24][25][26]
