- Deansgate Square: A major residential development in Manchester featuring four high-rise towers ranging from 37 to 64 floors. The South Tower is currently the tallest building in Greater Manchester. It is estimated that the development cost in excess of £385 million[3]
- The Blade: A 51-storey[4] residential skyscraper completed in 2023 as part of the Crown Street development.
- Elizabeth Tower: A 52-storey building in the Crown Street development, featuring a variety of residential amenities.
- Trinity Island: Four residential towers raging from 39 to 60 storeys[5] located on the bank of the River Irwell. The development was designed by SimpsonHaugh and comprises 1,950 apartment with a total build cost of £535 million.
