When you use references you need to use them to cite facts about the subject Just saying "An article in Foo states Bar" is not writing a Wikipedia article. This requires a total rewrite to be acceptable, otherwise it is WP:ADMASQ. Please read and apply what you learn in HELP:YFA when you rewrite this. and please try submitting it for review.
