React Video Editor
[edit]React Video Editor (RVE) is a commercially available template designed to help developers build custom video editing applications in the browser. It integrates with React (JavaScript library), Remotion (software), and Tailwind CSS, and supports both Next.js and Vite setups.
RVE is positioned as a foundation for building timeline-based editors, often used for generating short-form content such as social media videos. It includes a full interface with support for drag-and-drop editing, clip trimming, animated overlays, and export functionality powered by Remotion.
The template is featured on Remotion’s official resources page.[1]
Although RVE is a paid template, a limited open-source version is available for public use.
