ReSource Pro is a private American company that provides business process outsourcing (BPO) services to the insurance industry. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in New York City,[1] the company serves insurance carriers, managing general agents, and other insurance organizations primarily in North America and Europe.[2]
History
[edit]ReSource Pro was founded in 2003 by Matthew Bruno. Its CEO is Dan Epstein.
The company initially focused on back-office operations for insurance firms, opening its first international office in China.[3] As of 2025, ReSource Pro operates in locations worldwide, including Belgrad, China, and India.[4]
The company has undergone ownership changes, with DFW Capital Partners acquiring it in 2018, followed by Kelso & Company[5] becoming the primary investment partner in 2021.[6]
Since 2019, the company has expanded yearly through acquisitions that include consulting firms and technology providers in the insurance sector. These include:

Awards

In 2020 the company was recognized six times for leadership in customer service and employee management during the COVID-19 pandemic, with one Gold, three Silver and two Bronze Globees.[25]
In 2024 the company won a silver and a gold Globee for technology.[26]
