Purchase of Crossroads Mall
[edit]In 2011, the group announced it had purchased the failing Crossroads Mall from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for $3.5 million. Years later in 2013 the group announced the mall would be re-branded as Plaza Mayor at the Crossroads and be geared toward the growing hispanic community in South Oklahoma City. In 2017 the mall was closed and Raptor put the property up for sale.
