She is the founder and owner of Aura Hub LLC (Aura Recruitment Hub), a Dubai-based recruitment agency specializing in overseas placements. Early Life and Education

Ranjini S.S. was born on 10 October 1993 in a government hospital in Sagara Taluk, Jog Falls City, Shimoga District, Karnataka, India. Her native place is Sakleshpura Taluk, Hassan District, Karnataka. She is the daughter of Someshekar S.P., who works in government contract projects in Sakleshpura Taluk, and Leelavathi G.H., a homemaker from Channarayapatna Taluk, Hassan District, Karnataka.

Ranjini S.S. began her professional career in 2015, working across various sectors such as IT, software, NGOs, and human resources. She gained expertise in people management and team leadership, working with agencies well-known as Sparsh and Save the Children India as an HR Specialist.

With her strong recruitment and people management background, Ranjini established her own company, the Achivia Group of Companies, in Bangalore, Karnataka.
