Randstad Digital is a digital enablement and IT consulting subsidiary of Randstad NV, the global Dutch human resource consulting firm. Originally founded as Ausy, Randstad Digital was rebranded in August 2023 following its acquisition and integration into the Randstad Group.

History

Ausy was an independent consulting and engineering group specializing in IT and industrial systems, with a presence in France and the Benelux region. Randstad announced its intention to acquire Ausy in 2016, valuing it at approximately €420 million. After a successful takeover bid, Ausy was delisted from the stock market in 2017 and later reorganized under Randstad's management. The company was renamed Randstad Digital on August 30, 2023, to reflect its strategic focus on digital transformation and talent services within the Randstad Group.
