Ralsei is a deuteragonist alongside Susie in the episodic role-playing video game Deltarune. He is a self-proclaimed prince and a "darkner" from the "Dark World" where he resided in Castle Town alone for a long time. He teams up with Kris, a non-binary human teenager and Susie, a monster girl, who both reside in the "Light World" in-order to fullfil a prophercy to seal various "dark fountains" to save the Light World and Dark World from destruction. This takes him to various themed worlds, where Ralsei and his team have to battle against various "darkners" during their quest to seal the dark fountains.
Concept and design
[edit]Ralsei was created by Toby Fox for Deltarune, with concept art dating back to 2014-2015. Ralsei without his hat on was a recent idea.[1]
