The Raajje Transport Link (RTL) is a project initiated by the Government of Maldives under the Integrated National Public Ferry Network (INPFN) project. The RTL, which was announced in 2021 under the initiative of the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, is a three-phase project by the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) PLCC.^[1]
