Quod Financial was founded in 2004 by Ali Pichvai.[7] The company is currently led by co-chief executive officers Ali Pichvai and Medan Gabbay.[8]

In 2020, FinanceFeeds reported that Quod partnered with QuantHouse to provide low-latency data for its transaction cost analysis and AI-driven algorithms.[9] In 2023, it entered a partnership with CMC Markets Connect to improve price discovery and reduce latency.[10]

The company has expanded internationally with offices in London, Paris, Lille, Gdańsk, Toronto, New York, Dubai, Singapore, and Kerala, India.[11]

Products and Technology

Quod offers a modular product suite covering order management, execution management, smart order routing, algorithmic trading, market making, and liquidity management.[12]

It has also been noted in GlobalTrading and Financial IT for its role in advancing AI-driven trading and smart order routing.[13][14]

In 2025, Quod introduced the Unity Architecture, an integration layer designed to connect disparate trading systems and workflows.[15]
