Submission declined on 7 July 2025 by Encoded (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. Declined by Encoded 3 days ago. | ![]() |

Properstar SA is a Swiss-based company operating in the real estate technology sector. The company is headquartered in Lausanne and provides an online marketplace for property listings across multiple countries.
History
[edit]The company was founded in 2012 under the name ListGlobally SA. It originated as a real estate syndication platform that enabled real estate professionals to publish listings across multiple international portals. In 2014, the company merged with the French startup EdenHome, expanding its reach to more than 50 countries via syndication agreements with portals such as Rightmove, SeLoger, and Realtor.com.[1]
The consumer-facing Properstar brand was launched in 2018 and gradually replaced the ListGlobally identity in public-facing markets.
Operations
[edit]In a 2020 report by the Swiss newspaper Tribune de Genève, Properstar was described as being active in over 30 countries, including Switzerland, France, Portugal, and the United States. The platform provided access to international listings and supported multilingual property searches.[2]
Media coverage
[edit]In 2021, the newspaper Le Temps profiled Gérard Paratte and his business ventures, including Properstar, in an article referring to his role in creating a "real estate empire" based in western Switzerland.[3]
