Pradeep Sharma is a former administrative officer of Gujarat cadre who has been convicted for two 5 years imprisonment for money laundering and irregularities in land allocation.[2]
In 2013, He filled a petition in supreme court alleging that current prime minister of India had spied on an architect using state machinery and had called for a CBI probe into it.[3]
He is facing multiple cases of corruption which his family allege to be false.[4]
