The company's predecessor, PASHA Construction, was launched in November 2006 and acted as the primary developer for many of the landmark properties now under the Group’s management. In 2025, the group expanded its international footprint by integrating the Portonovi Resort in Montenegro into its management portfolio.[2]

- Mandarin Oriental Bodrum (Turkey): In 2023, PASHA Holding acquired a 50% stake in this 600,000-square-meter resort located in Paradise Bay, partnering with the Turkish developer Astaş Holding.[4]
- The Ritz-Carlton, Tashkent (Uzbekistan): A 31-story tower currently under construction in the Chilanzar district, scheduled for completion in 2026.
Sustainability

In 2024, six hotels managed by the group achieved **Green Key** certification, including the JW Marriott Absheron Baku and The Ritz-Carlton Baku. The certification was awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) following audits of the properties' environmental management standards.[5]
