Draft:Nitro Type
Submission declined on 16 April 2025 by AllCatsAreGrey (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of web content). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Nitro Type is a free-to-use typing game developed by Teaching.com. It was released on September 8, 2011.
Gameplay
[edit]In the game, the player races up to five other players, and in order for their car to run, they must type sentences that are displayed in a box under the race track. The faster a player types, the faster the car goes. If a player misses a key, or types a wrong key, the car stops until the correct key is typed. During the race, a player can skip one word by typing the tab key.
After a race, a player earns money based on the rank they got. This can be used to obtain cars and trails.[3] In addition to earning money from races, the player also earns XP, which levels them up through seasons. Each level gives a certain reward, including money, cars, trails, or more.
Players can choose to purchase "Nitro Gold", which gives them select cars, and removes advertisements from the game.
