Oumou Jobe (born 1995), popularly known as Miss Jobizz Kalajula[1], is a Gambian Afro-fusion singer regarded as The Gambia's finest female artist. [2] She is recognized for her dynamic vocal style and contributions to the Gambian music industry. In December 2013, she was awarded the Best International Subregion Artist of the Year in Senegal.[3]

Kalajula has been shortlisted multiple times in the Wah Sah Halat Music Awards.[4] She has collaborated with ST the Gambian Dream, Jizzle, Kombonka, Abdoulie Attack Gaye, Hussain Dada, and international acts like Mr. Leo of Cameroon, ANS-T, and Shyfone Bobo of Guinea Conakry.[5][6]

Miss Jobizz was born into a traditional griot family[4]. Her musical journey began at the age of eight, performing her older brother's rap songs on stage. In 2018, she rose to fame by launching her first EP dedicated to her brother who motivated her into music.[7]
