Levelpath is an AI procurement software company that provides a cloud platform for managing enterprise purchasing and procurement processes. The company was co-founded by Alex Yakubovich and Stan Garber and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
Levelpath is a privately owned, venture-capital funded company backed by Battery Ventures, Benchmark, Redpoint Ventures, (01.A), Menlo Ventures, NewView Capital and World Innovation Lab.
History
[edit]Levelpath was co-founded in 2022 by Stan Garber, President, and Alex Yakubovich, CEO. Garber and Yakubovich previously co-founded Scout RFP, which was acquired by Workday, Inc. for $540 million in 2019, and ONOSYS, an early online food ordering system later acquired by LivingSocial in 2012.[1]
Levelpath launched publicly in 2023 and develops AI procurement software for enterprise organizations.
In 2025, Levelpath was recognized as a sample vendor in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Procurement and Sourcing Solutions.[2]
Funding
[edit]Levelpath raised a $14.5 million seed round, followed by a $30 million Series A in 2023, led by Benchmark and Redpoint Ventures.[3]
In June 2025, Levelpath raised $55 million in Series B funding led by Battery Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Benchmark and Redpoint Ventures.[4]
Technology
[edit]Levelpath’s platform is powered by its proprietary Hyperbridge reasoning engine, an AI-based system used to support procurement intake, workflow orchestration, and supplier management. The platform integrates automation and natural language processing to manage procurement requests across enterprise systems.[5]
