History

[edit]

Levelpath was co-founded in 2022 by Stan Garber, President, and Alex Yakubovich, CEO. Garber and Yakubovich previously co-founded Scout RFP, which was acquired by Workday, Inc. for $540 million in 2019, and ONOSYS, an early online food ordering system later acquired by LivingSocial in 2012.[1]

Levelpath launched publicly in 2023 and develops AI procurement software for enterprise organizations.

In 2025, Levelpath was recognized as a sample vendor in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Procurement and Sourcing Solutions.[2]

Funding

[edit]

Levelpath raised a $14.5 million seed round, followed by a $30 million Series A in 2023, led by Benchmark and Redpoint Ventures.[3]

In June 2025, Levelpath raised $55 million in Series B funding led by Battery Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Benchmark and Redpoint Ventures.[4]

Technology

[edit]

Levelpath’s platform is powered by its proprietary Hyperbridge reasoning engine, an AI-based system used to support procurement intake, workflow orchestration, and supplier management. The platform integrates automation and natural language processing to manage procurement requests across enterprise systems.[5]
