Lance Adam Robinson Jr.[1] (born March 20, 2000) is an American professional football cornerback for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Kansas State Wildcats and Tulane Green Wave.

Early life

Robinson was born on March 20, 2000 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was childhood friends with current Bengals teammate Ja'Marr Chase. He attended De La Salle High School in New Orleans and was rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports.[2] He would commit to Kansas State over offers from Kansas, Arizona, TCU, and West Virginia to play college football.

College career

In three seasons at Kansas State, Robinson registered 27 tackles and 3 pass deflections. He entered the transfer portal[3] after the 2020 season and committed to Tulane.[4]

In 35 career games with the Green Wave, Robinson recorded 84 tackles, 5 interceptions and 16 passes defended. He would declare for the 2024 NFL Draft.

After going undrafted, Robinson signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent on May 20, 2024.[5] He was placed on injured reserve on August 28.[6]
