[edit]Lusanda, with her traditional historical influence she grew up on a more remote administrative area called Willowvale, the small village which concentrate on Xhosa traditions with more cattle farming and ploughing food crops.
She used to stay with young boys in the cattle field looking after her grandfather's cattle farm playing guitar with them. As her family also managed to have small business like Spaza,
She used to steal cigarettes for her home boys in order to assist her in playing Guitar singing traditional songs in those big mountains.
Back grounded her family with Wesleyan church Lusanda inherited the Spirit of church songs through church visit and attending Sunday schools till she became a guilder of the church
With her trademark aura politeness and calm, the gospel outfit leader, Lusanda Mcinga is a one of the country's most sought -after Gospel singers. Her group started off as the family group, which comprised of Lusanda's sisters and their mother, getting a deal was an elusive if not impossible dream. Following years of trying, the determined Lusanda finally recorded under a small label.
Lusanda's very first album was called SIMETHEBILE and was released in 1995/6 under Audio concept in PORT ELIZABETH, Eastern Cape. A second titled UNGAPHELEL'EZONWENI was
released the following year (1997). This ambitious gospel
singer knew that her music was not to be confined to the Eastern Cape.
Forever restless and having burning desire to spread the gospel message, Lusanda without having funds and resources, took a lone trip to JOBURG and Gallo couldn't resist the power and the popularity of this new Gospel singer and in 1998 she was taken under the wings of this label

Community Development
[edit]Currently, as her nom to develop and with more patriotic passion on underdeveloped she formed small stable called Lusanda Productions through her vision of maintaining the continuity, developing youth and improving the underdeveloped gospel music in particular the Eastern Cape.
Lusanda Production recognizes it's kind of artist's development and therefore undertakes the responsibility of becoming the sub servants and the link between the publisher/ distributor and the Artists/ Groups.
As the leader, Lusanda Mcinga, she identified the previously disadvantaged artists and adheres to the principle of improving the underdeveloped gospel Artists and oversee that quality music is exposed to where it deserved.
On her initial stage of development, she developed EBMQ which is currently grown, and furthermore she has developed the likes of; Amadodana Ase-MTHATHA, Lutsha Yolelo, Ntokozo Gospel Group, Bulie Mhatu, Bulela Mantambo and Masizakhe Christian Soldiers, benefited on this development within Lusanda's wing.
Lately Lusanda has managed to develop her proudly first born (Betusile Mcinga) within this industry, and he won Best newcomer award and the 2014 best song of the year on SABC Crown Gospel Awards and other several awards.
