Founded in 2014[2] by Aaron Alburey and Cathy Acratopulo, the firm has to a team of over 100 professionals. LACE Partners is known for it’s approach people and payroll strategy[3], technology adoption, and organisational design.

In 2023, LACE entered a private equity partnership with Mobeus Equity Partners[4] to accelerate its growth and expand its capabilities. In 2024, the company celebrated its 10th anniversary. In 2025, LACE Partners acquired reward and performance consultancy 3XO[5], further expanding service offerings.
