Draft:Jesse Turner (Arkansas judge)

Jesse Turner (1805 – 1894) was a state legislator and a justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court in 1878.

He was born in Orange County, North Carolina. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in North Carolina when he was 20. He continued in the legal career for 63 years, settling in Van Buren, Arkansas in 1831 where he lived for the rest of his life. EXPAND ^[1]
