Draft:International Conference on Advanced Computing Technologies (ICoACT-2025)
International Conference on Advanced Computing Technologies (ICoACT-2025) is an academic conference co-sponsored by the IEEE Madras Section, scheduled to be held on March 14-15, 2025. The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. It is jointly organized by the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) departments of PSR Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India, in collaboration with PSR CARE (Center for Academic Research and Excellence) and PSR Group of Institutions.
Overview
ICoACT-2025 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, industrial professionals, and scholars to share original research results, new ideas, and practical developments in the fields of computer science, communication, and advanced computing technologies. The conference provides opportunities for international and national collaboration between universities and institutions to promote research.

The conference is organized by the CSE and ECE departments of PSR Engineering College in collaboration with PSR CARE and PSR Group of Institutions. Technical co-sponsorship is provided by the IEEE Madras Section.

Publication
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. The papers should follow the IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Microsoft Word, with a maximum length of 8 pages for regular papers.
Author Guidelines
Paper Submission
- Original unpublished technical papers, articles, and working papers related to the conference theme are invited.
- Papers should be formatted according to IEEE conference style (8.5×11 inch pages, 10-point font, single-spaced double-column).
- The maximum length is 6 pages, with additional pages charged extra.
- Submissions are made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Plagiarism Policy
- Papers must be checked for plagiarism using licensed software like Turnitin or iThenticate.
- Similarity content should not exceed 20%.
- Authors must properly cite any models, concepts, figures, tables, data, or conclusive comments from previously published work.
- Permission must be obtained for any copyrighted material used.
Awards
Track-wise Best Paper Awards will be conferred to authors presenting at the conference, selected by the conference chair based on the presentation quality as assessed by session chairs.
