Imtiaz Developments is a real estate development company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company is known for its residential projects and architectural designs, contributing to the real estate market in the region.

History

Imtiaz Group was originally founded in 1993 as a construction company. In 2004, the company formed a partnership with Venco, a U.S.-based company, to incorporate international expertise and innovation. This partnership led to the establishment of Venco Imtiaz in the UAE in 2012. In 2014, the group expanded into high-end residential development with the formation of Imtiaz Developments in Dubai.

Projects

In 2015, Imtiaz Developments initiated its first project, Palace Estates Townhouse, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The project was completed and handed over in 2017.

Following this, the company undertook the development of Westwood by Imtiaz in Al-Furjan, launched in 2022.

The year 2023 marked several project launches by the company, including:

Westwood Grande I in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), launched in February. ^[1]
Westwood Grande II in JVC, launched in April.
Pearl House I in JVC, launched in May.
Pearl House II in JVC, launched in July.
Luxor by Imtiaz, a flagship project in JVC, launched in September.
Hyd Walk by Imtiaz in Jumeirah Garden, launched in December.

In 2024, Imtiaz Developments continued its expansion with the launches of:

Pearl House III in JVC, launched in January.
Cove by Imtiaz in March.
Beach Walk Residences in Dubai Islands, announced in May.

Awards and Recognition

Imtiaz Developments received the ‘Rising Star Developer of the Year’ award at Bayut's annual ceremony held at the Royal Atlantis Hotel, Dubai. The CEO of Imtiaz Developments, Masih Imtiaz, was recognized in Construction Week's Power List 150, highlighting influential figures in the Middle East's construction and real estate industries.
