Dr Enang joined Roehampton University Business School in 2022 as a Senior Lecturer leading the MSc Project Management and MBA sectional Cohort programs. In 2024, he was appointed Professional Partnerships Lead, responsible for transforming intellectual property into commercially viable assets for professional establishments and establishing new industry partnerships, developing CPD programs with local authorities, and creating strategic partnerships with professional bodies to enhance program accreditation.

Khoshgoftaar a globally renowned Motorola Endowed Chair Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Florida Atlantic University [FAU] and his PhD advisor on potentially developing Causal Embedding Networks [CENs] for autonomous business intelligence systems. This project pioneers a methodology integrating causal inference, neural representation learning, and cognitive digital twins for data-driven business strategy formulation. As a preliminary proof of concept, to support this work, Dr Enang received approval to share his work "Future-Proofing Management Education: Embedding Sustainability and Responsible Leadership into Teaching Practice through Integrated Curriculum Design."
