Gregg Lederman

Gregg Lederman is an American speaker, performance coach, author, and entrepreneur known for his work in employee engagement, leadership development, and values-based performance. He is the founder of multiple businesses, including Brand Integrity and Go Beyond Rochester, and the creator of the Living the Brand System. His books have achieved national bestseller recognition, and he has delivered more than 1,000 keynotes and workshops across 25+ industries.

Early Life and Education

Gregg Lederman was born in Rochester, New York. He graduated from Brighton High School and earned a business degree from the Ithaca College School of Business. He later received his MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Management at the University of Rochester.

Career

Lederman began his career by founding TG Marketing, operating as Buckmans Bakery & Ice Cream. He later launched Brand Integrity, a consulting firm focused on improving workplace culture and aligning employee behavior with company values. The company was acquired by Reward Gateway in 2018.[1]

He also founded Brand at Work, LLC and is one of the founding members of Go Beyond Rochester, a nonprofit designed to help under-resourced high school boys gain career readiness and life skills.

From 2002 to 2021, Lederman served as an adjunct professor at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, teaching "Leading Change" in both the full-time and executive MBA programs. His course helped students uncover their core values and integrate them into their leadership approach.

Lederman is the inventor of the first fully online, commercialized social employee recognition system and the architect behind the Living the Brand System—a method for embedding core values into daily business practices.[2]

The organization’s mission is to create opportunities and connections that empower these young men to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
